1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk1777 ("pk1777", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the pk1777 website available at pk1777.org and all associated services, products, software, and mobile-optimised platforms (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise interacting with the pk1777 Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotion terms, or supplementary policies published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

3. Account Registration & KYC

3.1 Registration

To access the pk1777 Platform, you must create a single registered account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, a valid mobile number registered in your name, and a unique email address. You must not register using false, inaccurate, or misleading information.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one pk1777 account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pk1777 employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

3.3 KYC Verification

pk1777 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests and, at its discretion, at any other time. KYC verification requires you to submit a clear copy of your valid CNIC (both sides), proof of address, and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used. pk1777 may request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk1777 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. pk1777 will never request your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

pk1777 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank internet banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. pk1777 does not charge deposit processing fees, though your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, and only to an account registered in your own name — matching the KYC-verified details on your pk1777 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within the following standard timeframes: JazzCash and EasyPaisa within 15 minutes on standard business days; HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers within standard interbank processing timelines. pk1777 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

4.3 Currency

The pk1777 Platform operates in PKR. All balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. No currency conversion is applied to PKR accounts — your displayed balance is your actual PKR balance.

4.4 Fraud Prevention

pk1777 employs fraud detection systems on all financial transactions. Deposits or withdrawals that trigger fraud indicators may be held pending investigation. Players found to have engaged in fraudulent payment activity — including unauthorised use of payment methods, chargeback abuse, or money laundering — will have their accounts permanently closed and the matter referred to the relevant authorities.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General

All bets placed and games played on the pk1777 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product — sports betting rules, live casino rules, slot game rules, and instant-game rules are published in the relevant sections of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between a product-specific rule and these Terms, the product-specific rule shall prevail for that product only.

6.2 Bet Acceptance

pk1777 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where: a technical error has resulted in an incorrect price being displayed; the bet is placed after the relevant event has concluded; or the bet falls outside the approved stake limits for the player's account tier.

6.3 Disputed Outcomes

6.4 System Errors

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity or using the Platform for money laundering or terrorist financing purposes.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security, integrity, or functionality of the pk1777 Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pk1777 support staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Misrepresenting your identity, location, or eligibility at any point during the registration or KYC process.

8. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the pk1777 Platform without the prior written consent of pk1777.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk1777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service — regardless of whether pk1777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pk1777's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player into their pk1777 account in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk1777 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11. Privacy & Data

pk1777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pk1777 does not sell your personal data to third parties. 12. Amendments to These Terms
